• Order will not be cancelled once the item is dispatched for delivery. If customer wants to cancel/change the order they need to inform us Via email or Call/Whatsapp/SMS. 

• We make sure all our clients receive their goods in good and proper state. Customer's should check their product physically and verify whether it is working or not. 

• Consumer need to inform our delivery person immediately if any physical or technical defect found on delivery. 

• As per our policy we give receipt and Tax Invoice upon delivery and payment. Do not forget to take your receipt and Tax Invoice from our team. 

• Warranty will be clearly indicated on the Tax Invoice. So keep it safe for your future claim. 

• Warranty does not cover the damage caused by Electric Short Circuit, Power Fluctuation, Tempering with the product, Lightening or mishandling the product. 

• In future for any claim please produce the physical written evidence such as Receipts, Delivery note, Tax Invoice. 

• The product will not be accepted if it was tempered by another technician outside our criteria and service centre.
